Your symptoms are of charley horse syndrome. To avoid it do stretch exercise, avoid addictions (alcohol, smoking) if any. Stay hydrated, take food high in vitamins, potassium and magnesium. For relieve take Ibuprofen or Naproxen, one SOS when needed after food. Cold packs also effectively help to give relief. Your daughter might have been dehydrated when the episode occur,ed it looks like Charley horse but you are suggested to get her clinically examined by a GP, to rule out seizure or epilepsy.
