What Causes Hands And Feet Tingling With Calf Cramping?

Hi I have similar symptoms to the guy above: I have pins and needles in both hands and both feet on and off. I have what I would describe as cramp in my left calf. All symptoms seem to be worse the moment I go to bed. I had back problems last year (it is still not great - lots of tightness around my lower spine) and am wondering whether they may be connected.
