What Causes Hands And Legs Turning Purple During Cold?

My arms, hands, legs, and feet all turn this purple-ish color when I'm cold. It's like you can see all my capillaries too, it's splotchy. It makes me self-conscious, people ask why my hands look like that and I honestly can't give them an answer. Why does this happen? Is there any way to prevent it?

Some people are hyper sensitive to cold , Others suffer from Raynaud's disease.During cold capillaries become constricted.There is belching of skin giving purple colour.You should avoid exposure to cold by wearing swollen stockings and long gloves.
