What Causes Hands Cyanosis With Swelling, Dizziness And Nausea?

My symptoms are the following: My hands have turned blue then almost purple twice in the past 2 wks and they are not cold. They have been swelling intermittently. I have also had dizzy spells along with intermittent nausea. I do have cervical disc issues, but that doctor feels the issue is vascular. What should I do? Is this something I need to seek immediate attention for?
