What Causes Hands, Legs And Head Stiffness With A Lack Of Awareness?

Hello Doctor, I doubt that my mother is suffering from psychological problems. The problem is: during the full moon and new moon days, often her body (hands, legs & head) gets stiffen and she is unaware of what's happening around her for 10 to 15 minutes. She has this problem for 6 years and till now. She is also a sugar patient (having sugar level 320 as per the last week blood test) and has piles as well. Please help me on what kind of treatment she has to undergo?
