What Causes Hands Turning Black And Blue?

25 year old woman who had Guillian-Barre as a child. Last couple months experiencing episodes of hands turning black or blue. How likely is it that she is experiencing Renauld's phenomenon? What kind of doctor would be best to consult for further evaluation?
