What Causes Hard And Enlarged Testicle?

Hello.. i am 30 years. My did have a cyst on my right testicle but it seems to have dissapeared after taking some medication for a while prescribed by my urologist. this must of been about 2 years ago. Now, my right testicle feels harder and larger than my left one. It also feels tight and how i can describe this tightness is as if you had to wear a smaller underwear and the pressure that it puts, this only happens on the right side. Its also always bulging on that side. Any advise for me please?
