What Causes Hard Black Lips With Dryness?

Hello, my lips went from a natural pink to a dark black in a matter of a few days & I m trying to figure out how I may be able to get my natural lip color back. The skin is hard, dry & peeling even after I put on gloss. There were little raised bumps on my lips as well.... Please help!!

1.take Vitamin B12 tablets once daily in the night time for 3 months.
2.Take healthy foods.Take more non vegetarian foods.
