What Causes Hard Bulging Stomach?

My stomach is almost rock hard and every time I try to get up from sitting or laying or take a drink of something, it s almost like my muscles/intestines start cramping up and convolsing. My entire stomach starts hurting so bad I can t breath for a few seconds. I thought it was because I had to poop but it s been regular lately. I don t have insurance so if a hospital trip is preventable that would be ideal.

hello, according to ur symptoms i feel like ur having Acute gastritis and all u need to do is to take spice less diet and timely diet.. if u take any carbonated drink u will get symptomatic relief early and if symptom persist do consult doctor for further evaluation.
