So for about 3 days now ive been having the same issues. I have a really hard cough, its hard to breathe and when i do, i wheeze, and my nose is really stuffy do you know what it is? I have a doctors appointment but i would like to know if its serious

These symptoms might be due to upper respiratory tract infection, which are caused most commonly due to viral infections. You may feel better with the medicines doctor is gonna prescribe, but you may also find it soothening, if you do steam inhalation, drink plenty of fluids and take proper rest
