What Causes Hard Heart Pounding?
When working in the yard, removing dirt from a raised garden bed, my heart started pounding so hard, I thought it would pound out of my chest. I am 65, overweight and it was over 100 degrees. Is this a normal heat stroke reaction or should I be concerned about my heart. I have type 2 diabetes. I walk, only excercise at the present time?

Dear sir, greetings .. I understand your concern.. I think you need to check your thyroid profile .. Echo cardiogram meet your cardiologist .... As you are diabetic too you need to be that more cautious .. Thank you please feel free to contact us for more questions
