What Causes Hard Lump At The End Of Tailbone?

Hi Doc, I noticed a hard lump at the very end of my tailbone, when sitting down to use the bathroom. It wasn t hurting before, but when I noticed it, I pushed on it a bit and now it feels a bit sore. First off, is it unusual to feel that bone when sitting to use the bathroom?

I really appreciate your concern, chances of lipoma is very likely and due to compression it might be inflamed in my opinion it can be treated with NSAID (Non steroid Anti-inflammatory Drug) but it may need clinical observation prior to this, and it is for the best diagnosis hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
