What Causes Hard Lump Beside The Testicles?

my boyfriend is incarcerated and has a lump by testicles he says its like he has 3 balls. he said its rock hard bout half the size of a golf ball and no pain. he said they wont do nothing bout it except give him ibuprofen. he is worried sick wat can i do to help him?

I guess that could be a swollen lymph node. You should go a hospital to get a biopsy of the swelling. The doctor would but a very thin needle in that swelling and get a sample of cells from it. I guess you should get him to hospital as soon as possible to get the results on time.
