What Causes Hard Lump Inside The Penis While Having Human Papillomavirus?

Hello, I ve recently noticed a small hard lump inside my penis, at the base, in the centre. It s much more prominent when erect, still can feel it if I press hard when flaccid. It s not directly under the skin, it s on the penis under the skin. It s not not painful but can be moved slightly and makes a clicking sound/feeling like it was a small switch. I have hpv which includes hpv 6 or 11 ~ genital warts.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

From what you are describing, it seems like you suffer from balanitis, infection of foreskin of penile head. Keep well clean. Apply Betaine locally and antibiotic ointment. If still no improvement, should see urologist for more specific treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
