What Causes Hard Lump On Penis Along With Curvature ?

My husband has had a hard pea size lump on the shaft of his penis. It doesn t hurt, and he has had it for a year. Now he notice a second hard spot about an inch below it, but that one is much smaller. There is no pain but it is causing his penis to curve! What could it be?
