What Causes Hard Lump On Penis Shaft?
I have what appears to be a boil on the shaft of my penis right around the ring a few inches to the left and below the head. at first to was just a hard lump and today their is a white head showing. I had one recently on my thigh, the first boil I ve ever had a month or so ago, should I see if it heals itself or go see my GP or urologist?

From the description you gave, it looks like a pustule, which is about to discharge pus. You can try a course of oral antibiotics, like Augmentin. I suggest get a CBC blood test also.
Visiting a doctor is also a good idea.
