What Causes Hard Lump On The Exterior Of Lower Lip?

My name is chaylyn.
I have a bump on the outside of my lower lip, it is very hard on the inside of the bump and it always comes back, no matter what I do. I have peeled the outside of it to see if it would open up, but it never opens up. I have squeezed some clear fluid out but now nothing is coming out of it but it is still there. What could it be?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns.

As per your complain a hard bump over the lip that released some fluid can be due to bacterial infection or can be due to allergic reaction to some unknown allergen
It can also be a small cyst or a cold sore caused by Herpes Virus Infection..
A proper diagnosis is a mainstay of treatment therefore you should consult an Oral Physician or Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can do a clinical evaluation and investigations if needed like Viral Culture or Biopsy to rule out the exact cause so that he can advise appropriate treatment..
As of now you can do alternate warm and cool compresses over it..
You should avoid pressing it as it can increase Infection and even the tissues can get inflamed and painful..
