What Causes Hard Lump On The Vagina?

I have a single hard lump, the size of half a pea above my vagina, it's about an inch and a half above the clitoris. It has no head and painful when touched. I had a Brazilian about a month ago and normally experience ingrown hairs in that region. What can this be?

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have some ingrown hair or some benign cyst like lesion. Benign cyst is very common.
