What Causes Hard Lumps Along With Swelling In The Anus?
My butt hole is swollen on the left side has 2 larger lumps. Had a hard stool followed by 30 seconds straight of water poop. This has been the worst pain of my life for the last two days cuz every time I cough it hurts an I work on my feet all day. Please help

From history it seems that there might be having forming anal abscess giving swelling and severe pain.
Go for one antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine courese for v5 days.
If pus is formed it might require excision and drainage of abscess.
consult surgeon and get examined.
Avoid constipation.
Ok and take care.
