Hello! I have recently noticed 3 small lumps on my head; 1 about 2 inches from my ear, another near it but further up my skull, and another that mirrors it on the other side. They are hard, do not move with the skin, and do not appear to be discolored. The two on my skull do not hurt unless I press on them, but the one closer to my neck is more painful, likely because it is affected by my muscles moving. Any ideas what it could be?
