What Causes Hard Painful Lump On Left Upper Outer Thigh?
There is a hard lump on my left upper outer thigh , just below the place where you tie a belt. Its painful when touched or when I stretch my legs in certain positions , the skin around it has become rough and reddish. The lump does not move.had it for 3 days now.

You might have developed furuncles.
These are deep bacterial infections.
Treatment is with antibiotics but the choice of antibiotics should be based on culture and sensitivity tests.
