What Causes Hard Pimple Like Bumps On Penis?
Im getting annoying little hard pimple like bumps on my penis? And 2nd question is how do i get rid of heavy dry darkish dead skin i guess inbetween my groin area? I tried scrubbing it out alot but it seem to hurrt to the point im almost burning my groin skin just take take it off

You have not written whether you are sexually active or not, however if you are not sexually active, bumps on the penis can be pimples, nothing to worry about it will go away by itself but take care of your hygiene. But if you are sexually active these bumps can be genital warts (HPV) so you need to visit ER, get physically examined and get STD tests done. Avoid sex for a couple of days, get treated.
To remove dead skin use lukewarm water and a soft washcloth. You can use exfoliators (Chemical or Powder) both are available in the market, but before that access, if your skin is dry, oily or sensitive.
