What Causes Hard Red Lump On The Underside Of The Forearm?

i have a hard, red, warm to the touch, lump. on the underside of my forearm a few inches from my elbow. At first it was swollen and little cyst like thing could be felt and moved a little. I also suffer from bad gout attacks in my elbows. As the swelling increased the pain increased, so i started Colchicine, after 2 days the major gout like pain is gone. But i still have a hot, hard, red lump. When i spply pressure the major pain feels like it is goming from my arm bone.
