What Causes Hard Scrotum In Males?
hello. ive been with my boyfriend for about 4 yrs now. we dont live together but about 2 yrs ago i noticed his scrotum is often very high and hard. sometimes they are soft but its not often. why is this? could this be happening from too much sex or not enough?

The size of testicles, tightness of testicles, looseness of testicles, etc varies from time to time and season to season and in different room temperature.
If you see in the morning, it may look hard and tight and in the evening, these may look shrunken and hanging. When the temperature drops it look hanging etc.
