What Causes Hard Skin Patches On The Body?

I have small patches of hard crusty skin on different parts of my body. They don t burn or itch or hurt, and they have been there for years. i think you need to consult with a dermatologist. without seeing the lesion it is not easy to suggest you.but sometimes hard crusty skin is seen in pressure zone like the front of the knee joint or lateral area of an ankle joint.
