Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Hard Spot In Between The Breasts And Under Armpits?
Hi I have a large hard spot in between my breast. Ive had it for 6 years now when it pops their is yellow and green mucus and blood and it s very sore and the smell is horrendous. I also have started developing the same type of hard spot under my arm pits and in my groin. Hope you can help.
* The hard spot with yellow and green mucus, blood discharge and smell of odd type indicates most likely sebaceous cyst of the concerned region of the chest.
* Once the clinical confirmation is done by examination , in my clinic, I do recommend a minor OPD base procedure of excision of the cyst for permanent cure if the patient is fit for surgery under local anesthesia.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
