General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The hard spot with yellow and green mucus, blood discharge and smell of odd type indicates most likely sebaceous cyst of the concerned region of the chest.

* Once the clinical confirmation is done by examination , in my clinic, I do recommend a minor OPD base procedure of excision of the cyst for permanent cure if the patient is fit for surgery under local anesthesia.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
