What Causes Hard Testicle And Lower Back Pain After An Injury?
Hi, About an hour or so ago, I was hit hard in my testicles by a cricket ball. Now my right one is much harder than the left. I also had lower back pain afterwards, but I believe this could have been due to my jerking forwards in response to the pain Is this normal? Thanks David
Hard testicle with lower back pain after cricket ball injury is not normal at all. It is the development of organised hematoma inside the scrotum which is responsible for the hard testicle and lower back pain in form of referred pain. My opinion: - Get a priority based appointment with your primary care or rush to an ER - Local application of ice over testicle - Wear loose, cotton inner wears and avoid tight jeans and nickers - Avoid weight lifting - Analgesic tablets as Diclofenac, Ibuprofen or Tramadol hydrochloride - Control of blood sugar - Avoid masturbation or intercourse if active
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
