What Causes Hard Vein On One Of Testicles?
I have what appears to be a hard vein on one of my testicles. My testicle is sore but I'm not sure if it was because I got it in a bind or because of the vein. I thought that my testicle was swollen but now I don't think it is. It is just the hard vein that makes it appear bigger.

Well come to HCM
This could be swollen epididymis and not the prominent vein and in my opinion this can be managed with Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day and this would come around, if the symptoms does not improved then the condition need to clinically examined, hope this helps
