Acetaminophen, one SOS when required. Stay well hydrated. Take adequate sleep and balanced nutritious diet.
You are suggested to get clinically examined by a cardiologist, get cardiac function tests, all blood tests, investigations and required imaging tests done to rule out
Jugular vein distension, CAD, symptoms of
heart failure,
cardiac tamponade, etc. You will be treated according to the diagnosis made.
