What Causes Hard Yellow Lump Beside The Bridge Of Nose?

Hello, I have a small hard yellow bump on my nose, at the right part of the middle section between the nostrils. I have had it for a while, but lately it has grown. I tried to cut it off, but it really hurts. It looks like a bump of dead skin, but dead skin shouldn t hurt.. Any idea what it might be?

I really appreciate your concern, it could be boil only may be without the infection it could be just indurated and it will be fine on its own just be patience for some time till then Tab Ibuprofen can be tried three times in day, do not disturb the lesion instead get done the clinical examination hope this information helps.
