hi my name is rick. I had a question because lately i have had my right testicle harden and too high after sexual intercourse. This also includes a blood discharge when urinating after sex, and a bloody semen lokking thing comes out and penis shribles and right abdomen hurts:(

Consult a urologist and get evaluated to rule out conditions related to prostate or seminal vesicles. Better to get an ultrasound scan done for further assessment.
