What Causes Harder Pimple On Nipple?

Hi, I have just noticed one of the pimples on my nipple is harder than the others and when I press down it feels like a tiny hard lump, not bigger than a pinhead. I have no pain. I am 44 years old. I will make an appt with my GP but am wondering what it could be as I am obviously very worried

Hi,

It may be milium. It is a benign condition and may disappear without any treatment. However, consult the nearby Dermatologist and have confirmed diagnosis. He may extract the milium by puncturing or may do electrocautery under local anesthesia.
