What Causes Hardness Around The Navel And Blue Veins On The Breasts?

I had sex two months ago still no period I DID have hyperthyroid which cause me to have irregular periods but my thyroid is fine now. I had creamy white discharge, cramps on and off but no period and I was really constipated I went number 2 for three days straight and that doesn t usually happen for me. I m pale so you could always see it but now there more noticeable I have two big blue veins on my boobs one goes straight to my nipple and I noticed last night that I have blue veins on each side of my stomach. My stomach feels a little hard and when I press down on my stomach on the left side underneath my belly button there like a ball there I can feel it do you think I m pregnant? Please help

* There sounds possible underlying hormone imbalance from the absence of menses since 2 months which may be pregnancy or else in the terms of prolactin level fluctuations or else.
