What Causes Hardness Of Penis And Scrotum Pain After Having Sex?

Hi Doctor, I am experiencing unnatural hard on my pennis after having swx with my partner last night, she has hard time to come and used allot of force on top of me. I ejaculated outside when I come. I still have that hard on over night and all day right now. Scrotrum and all muscle attaching side/ up and down of my pennis are in deep pain from keeping up last 10hr or so. I can t sit easily, can t pee easily, and problem sleeping too. I tried ice pack but no help. The only position comfortable for me is bend down to and keep my pennis shrink back into body. Hi,

This appears to be priapism. This is a condition in which there is excessive blood flow to the penis causing it persistently hard or erected. This may occur after certain drugs used for the erection or may occur on its own.
