What Causes Hardness Under The Skin?

hardness and at the sides discharge like red papule for months in the chest..43yr male about 2 cms length..and the paule like thing get dried at times...on and off getting infected....and other parts of the chest hardness under skin..also coming up....pls help...

It would be difficult to comment about the diagnosis without seeing the lesion but probably these lesions are keloids. Usually in keloids we prescribe silicone gels like contractubex/opexa/vaniza etc along with intralesional steroid injections. Please meet a dermatalogist to get the diagnosis confirmed and start treatment.
