What Causes Having Pregnancy Symptoms And Negative Pregnancy Test Results?
Hi, i'm 37, I'm a G5 P5 Sp.AB1, I had a tubal 4 years ago with my last c/s. I have not had a period in 2 months, headaches daily, nauseated. All of which have been my typical pregnant symptoms, home pregnancy test negative. I am overweight but have lost weight over the summer.

Hi and welcome to HCM forum. Your symtoms may be due to Missed Abortion as you have missed 2 periods already. Do get Ultrasound to assess if pregnancy or abortion, extra- or intra-uterine.
Considering that you already have 5 issues, it is better to go for permanent contraception like tubectomy and not take further risks of unwanted pregnancies.
Better consult your Ob/Gyn specialist to resolve all doubts.
