What Causes Head Clicking, Seizures, Memory Lapses, Suicidal Thoughts, Dizzy Vertigo, Chorea?

I recently heard clicking in my head , like a repetitious clicking. It was unusual of course and I wondered if it wa likely that I could have a disease. I also experienced about 5 or so seizurse, memory lapses, and
suicidal thoguts, also rather unusual for me. What is wrong wiht me? I also do feel dizzy vertigo and chorea. Thank you doctor
