What Causes Head Discomfort, Jaw Ache, Irritating Tongue With Hand Tremor?

Hi doctor these days there is something to the right side of my head and it is not like pain too Im feeling inconvenient becoz of that and my low jaw is aching since 2 days with irritating tongue. My hand fingers shakes few times in a day pls help me
