What Causes Head Heaviness Sensation With Dizziness?

Over the past two days it has been occuring more frequenty but i have a thick heavy feeling in my head (similar to when you have a couple of drinks and get that heavy feeling) i also feel a little bit dizzy. It does not occur all the time but more so when i move my head and look down. What could this possibly be?
