What Causes Head Heaviness With Tension?

Good Evening Doctor. My wife (age 47) is suffering from heaviness at the centre of her head. She takes tension on small small things and taking alprox (5mg) from last 4-5 years. She is also passing thru menopause. She also has diabetes from last 2 years (fasting BS on boarder line). I have gone to various neurologist, psychetrist, physicians, but she did not relief. Please advise to whom (specialist) I should consult.
