What Causes Head Heaviness With Tingling Of The Legs And Feet?

I have been feeling some heaviness in my head, more on the right side. I also feel sensations all over my head, like needle prinks. I have gotten a MRI all test came back normal. I also have these vibrations in my legs and bottom of feet. I have been to different doctors and none of them seem to know what is wrong with me. I also had some dental work done about 6 months ago. Please help me on what direction I should go in
