What Causes Head Pain And Tiredness After Trauma?

hello my boyfriend hit his head on my knee, when he was standing up. he said he feels drunk and sleepy..i can't even touch his head without him saying that hurts. looks very tried what could be wrong with him i am very worried. what should i do?? please help
