What Causes Head Pain, Dizziness And Gas Problem?
i am dibetic and feeling everytime weekness and always feeling dizziness. I also suffering from Head pain , in the walking time i feeling kit kit voice in my head . in this time gass problem also and pain in my head and feeling heavy dizziness and nerves feeling . pls suggest me what is problem ?

There could be many reasons for your weakness and this includes
Uncontrolled diabetes,hypothyroidism,deficiency of VIT B12 and VIT D etc.
Headache can be due to high blood pressure,cervical spondylitis etc.
You must consult an internal medicine specialist or a diabetologist for comprehensive investigations and proper examination to find the cause for your symptoms.
