What Causes Head Pain Intermittently With Ear Pulsations?

Sharp and localized pain in my head, lasts a few minutes then goes away, then goes back randomly. It's been like that for some days now, before that, I've been feeling quick pulsations inside my right ear for a few weeks, it's became less frequent after this pain in my head began to annoy me.
