What Causes Head Spinning, Momentary Faint, Stress, Anxiety For A Diabetic?

have had momentary faint, not lost consciousness, but v. stressful. feel a heat in my head and a little in my chest, sort of a head spin lasting a few seconds. three episodes over the last 3 to 4 weeks. different times of day. have been stressed, anxious. am diabetic. sugars are not low at these times. feel like head is spinning out, a sort of fading out. ker

Hi, thanks for using HCM.

As your blood sugar were under control at these situation, then other possible cause would be TIA, need to get neurological examination done, CT scan carotid artery Doppler, depending in examination findings.
