What Causes Head Vein Pains Near The Ear?

My Father Is 65 Years old. They have some Problums lke H.b, Shugar , insomnia, Once they get heart Problum also but after the Treatment they get well & dotror said " No problum . But now they are very Tense about their Head veins pain Near Ear (back side) . mostly they press their ear backside 2 get relief. Many time They visited doctor for Checkup . But Doctor said its age fact , & mostly all Doctor gve them sleeping pills. I saw many they get cry abt this Problum. ,,,,,, so Please Help Me here.........

get evaluated by CT SCAN of the brain , Audiometry & ENT with
Neurophysician expert consultation to fix the issue after proper diagnosis.
