Everytime I yell at my children i get pain in my head during the process of yelling and i feel as if im out of oxygen. As soon as I start yelling I have to stop right away. I also time and time again get very sharp pains in my head. Also when looking at my phone I normally have to dim the lighting because it causes a headache for me. Recently whenever I mop the fumes from bleach or cleaning products give me on going head pain. Do you have any explanations for contant head problems? I must include I just moved from a house that had mold. In that house whe the heat was on I would get bad migranes.
