What Causes Headache Along With Bruise On Arm, Leg And Lower Back?

I fell down stairs at a vacation home. I never lost consciousness or had any apparent injury to head. Only bruising on arm, leg And lower back of right side. This happened 6 days ago. No nausea, vomiting. Today I did have a headache. Nothing that was unbearable and could just be lack of water as I worked all day With no water. Should I be concerned?

Hi

Thanks for posting your query.

Well since you didn't had headache initially after the fall but after few days , we can assume that it is just a stress headache or tension headache.

I would recommend you to have simple pain killers like Tyelenol for 1-2 days and your headache shall subside.

But if in case headache is becoming more severe or if it is associated with vomiting or blurring of vision then you may need to consult a doctor and may even require a head cat scan.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarification feel free to ask.
