What Causes Headache Along With Diarrhea, Fatigue And Abdominal Pain?
My son is 20 years old and is in his second year Studying in Manhattan Kansas. It started with a headache then diarrhea. Next came fatigue and abdominal pain. He also has joint pain, neck stiffness , and backache. Next he started getting chest pain. He has had a CT scan, colonoscopy, EKG, chest X-ray, blood and stool work and everything has come back ok. He has taken desmopressin for years for bed wetting. One Dr. suggested he stop that. He has taken medicine for irritable bowel, and it has not helped. THis has been going on since the end of March. He weighed 160 on Jan. 26 and now weighs 139.

Consult a physician and get evaluated. Possibilites are gastroenteritis. In severe cases antibiotics has to be started.
