Hi, Thanks for asking form HCM.
I can understand your concern. You have developed "
chronic fatigue syndrome with stress headache ". If you have joined new job or studying hard or moved to new place, you are prone to develop it. It is mostly "mental stress related" and eye muscle spasm (Insomnia and eye fatigue).
You will recover as soon as you will leave stress and get good sleep. I am providing you few tips to manage it
: Do Yoga and meditation daily. It will calm you
: Take a break. Do some fun activities. Join work after taking break.
: Discuss your problems with family/friends
: You can take Tab Zolpidem after proper prescription. You can consult "Psychiatrist" for insomnia and stress.
: For headache, you can take Tab
Diclofenac sodium after proper prescription.
:
Head massage to relieve tension
: Avoid coffee/tea in evening and night. Eat last meal 2 hours before going to sleep. Do not use mobile/TV/laptop just before sleep. They prevent sleep.
: Wear glasses daily if have
refractive error in eyes.
Hope it will help you. Thanks. Take care.
